Feature request boards for SaaS and product teams

Collect and prioritize feature requests with a public voting board. Customers vote without logging in; you get a clear backlog and a single place to share what's shipped.

Scattered feedback—support tickets, tweets, calls—makes it hard to see what customers really want. A feature request board turns that into one ranked list: customers suggest and vote, and you prioritize from real numbers.

How product teams use it

Share your board in your help center, in-app, or status page. Visitors add feature ideas, vote on others, and optionally subscribe for updates. No login required, so friction is low and participation is higher.

Status and roadmap in one place

In your dashboard you move ideas through statuses: open, planned, in progress, shipped. The public board shows these labels so customers see what's coming and what's done. Post announcements when you ship so subscribers stay in the loop.

Stats that help you prioritize

Total votes, idea count, and subscriber count live in your dashboard. You see which ideas have the most support and how your audience is growing. Unlike one-off surveys, the board keeps history so you can compare over time.

One link for feedback and updates

One URL gives customers the Vote tab (ideas and votes), Updates (announcements and shipped items), and Links (e.g. docs, status). You can choose light or dark theme to match your product.

FAQ

Can we prevent duplicate feature ideas?
Ideas are listed by title; you can merge or close duplicates from your dashboard. Voting is protected so one person can't stuff the ballot from the same device.
Is the board suitable for B2B?
Yes. Many SaaS teams use it for public roadmaps and feature voting. You can link it from your website, help docs, or in-app feedback flows.
Can customers subscribe to get notified?
Yes. The "Notify me" option lets visitors subscribe to board updates. You own the list and can export subscribers as CSV.
